Summary: Very average room small but clean. Conveniently located at the train station. There are better or less expensive hotels in the area. Breakfast was very basic. Do not recommend.
Ashley Aug 21, 2025 02:12:57 AM
Summary: The hotel & rooms were very clean but the bed were harder then were use to and it was hot.
Glen Aug 9, 2025 03:48:14 PM
Summary: Not good value for the price. If The King visited they would probably lose their “Royal” tag. Expensive and broken down. Cracked tiles in the bathroom floor. Towel heater in disrepair. Coffee bar not open in the morning.

Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the room was very clean and comfortable—exactly what you'd hope for when traveling. The bed was cozy, the space was well-kept, and overall, it provided a quiet and restful environment. However, the service left something to be desired. The team members working the front desk during afternoon check-in, as well as those at the bar and during breakfast, were not particularly warm or welcoming. Interactions felt rushed or indifferent, which was disappointing. That said, I do want to acknowledge the woman working in the morning—she was a bright spot in the experience. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, she stood out from the rest of the staff and helped make the morning more pleasant. Overall, if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, this hotel delivers. But if service and hospitality are high on your list, you might find the experience lacking—unless you're lucky enough to cross paths with the morning staff member who truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. Close to train station, attached, lots of great shopping and cafes/restaurants nearby.

Summary: They advertise free parking but they only have 8 spots that are first come. Had to park down the street in a paid lot.
Jul 18, 2025 02:23:28 AM
Summary: Stayed there 2 nights. Girl behind the bar was lovely. Otherwise staff did not seem to want to be there. Managers seemed stressed and panicking about stuff. Cleaners wanted ad every time you passed them on the corridor if you were leaving and your room number, I don’t know why because our bed was not made or towels replaced. Hotel is well located but it’s not worth the money.
Nora Jul 2, 2025 07:00:26 PM
Summary: Our first room was very spacious and airy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and roomy. The second room was much smaller and the bed wasn't as comfortable as the first one. It overlooked a noisy passage way where bottles were emptied and people trundled their suitcases. The hotel in general looked a little tired and in need of an uplift.
Melony Jun 16, 2025 10:52:15 PM
Summary: Parking was a little bit of an issue but otherwise everything else was great
Ziqian Jun 16, 2025 04:21:00 PM
Summary: Convenient location. Some rooms face directly into the train station. Facilities functional but don’t look too closely.
Janette Jun 15, 2025 07:28:21 PM
Summary: Hotel is ok for an overnight stay and due to its proximity to the train and bus stations is well placed. However the furniture in our room was in poor condition and the cooked breakfast was not good value. In general it all felt a bit sad. Possibly stay at Premier Inn or similar next time.
