Positive: charming place and very friendly and helpful staff

Negative: i’m really not one to complain about noise but you can hear absolutely everything within the hotel 🫠 also none of the rooms have direct sunlight or real windows which is a shame

Positive: Self check in and check out was easy to do and understand. The property was beautiful, I absolutely loved the decor! Support was easy to access and they were super kind!

Negative: Nothing I didn’t like. I loved it! I think the hardest part was the parking, but they gave information on where the best place to park was.

Summary: It was such a nice space. I loved it and had a great time!

Positive: Great choice for a solo traveller. Tea, coffee, water always available, as well as, toiletries and essentials. Shared bathrooms was completely fine as they were clean. I never had to wait to use the bathroom.

Negative: More counter space (additional chair, another small table, more hangers) in the bedrooms to be able to put stuff would be great.

Positive: loved the little kitchen area. the ambiance/decor everywhere was perfect. the tower house was wonderful. i loved it.

Negative: my ONLY complaint ( & it is very slight) is that i couldn’t figure out how to turn the volume down on the tv using the remotes provided but i just used the roku app on my phone to bypass that hiccup.

Summary: we felt like had our own private/exclusive tower hideaway amongst the bustle of the city below, it was divine.

Negative: The bed was very squeaky. Every time someone moved a little at night, the other person woke up, and it was very hard for us to sleep. The entrance is with a code provided in advance, but I was given the wrong code, and until I managed to reach a representative by phone, it was not a pleasant experience at all.
