The Space:
This is a fully furnished and self contained unit with 2 bedrooms (King bed with ensuite and 2 x double bunk beds), open plan living + dining space, internal laundry and full access to the resorts facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room.

Extra Features Include: Extra Large Balcony, Wifi included.

In this unit the rooms are situated at the back of the building.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

There is basement parking for one car per unit.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy.As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
