Positive: The room was spacious enough for solo traveler and the location and proximity to the River and public foot path was wonderful. Took a walk to Kelmscott Manor along the path.

Negative: The bed was okay, but it dipped a bit in the middle. And of course breakfast would have been great! But overall an experience I would recommend.

Summary: Ideal location to enjoy some nature and solitude.

Positive: The location by the river is excellent. I had a great meal in the bar. The staff were generally helpful.

Negative: The bathroom was across the corridor from the bedroom. There was no one to leave the key with when I wanted to leave at 8.30am

Negative: A minor maintenance issue with window locks meant that my room ( also, being ground floor ), could not be secured,

Negative: Breakfast not served until 9, so left without. No facilities for leaving luggage (would have been useful for Thames Path walkers), no clothes hanging facilities in room.
