This home on the Rock River is perfect for a fun getaway! Your river house amenities begin with tranquil water frontage on a bay, that overlooks a nature preserve. You will be sure to see much interesting wildlife such as blue herons, & eagles. You'll find a large yard, fire pit, patio, putting green, a dock to fish, kayak, and kayak launch on the river side of the home. On the back side of the home you'll find a pickeball court and basketball court with the cement driveway. Inside there is a sunroom/SmartTV room with built-ins for relaxation & a wood pellet burner to keep nights cozy. There is also a rec-room with a garage door that opens. Inside this fun game area you'll find a pingpong table, virtual dart board, Smart TV, and games (outdoor sports such as corn hole bags, bocce ball, spike ball, etc & family board games). All of this, and the very best part is watching the beautifully painted sunsets at the end of each day!
The Space
Two bedrooms (bedroom 1-queen bed, bedroom 2-queen bed & twin top bunk), one full bathroom, kitchen, an open dining and living room area (queen sofa bed), sunroom/TV room (built-in daybeds), & a recreation/game room.

Summary: We were back in town celebrating my brother and exploring childhood roots. The River House was the perfect place to host family and access town and area activities. The house was ful of amenities to keep everyone busy and interacting, so much that the MANY TVs were never turned on. The ruver was high and the weather was rainy, but i managed a quick paddle up river on my paddleboard to the trestle between showers. A beautiful shoreline across the river making you feel like your away from it all. Tha ls for the wonderful stay.

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the river house on the bay. It was close by to wonderful restaurants and shops but located out of the way in a quiet neighborhood. The sunsets over the water are outstanding. Peaceful and relaxing.

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable and we had so much fun playing ping pong and board games. It’s a perfect place to spend time with family. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Such a cute house! Very welcoming and clean. A lot of space and a great stay for a small family. The river view was beautiful with a great deck to enjoy. The place has a lot of activities like kayaking, ping pong and pickle ball. It was easy to find and a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is set up and organized very well. A Gem!

Summary: We can’t rave enough about this house on the river. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Super clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The back room facing the river and the back deck were great places to hangout. The owners are very welcoming with great communication. They even left the kids some welcome ice cream and the adults some wine as welcome gifts. The property is perfect! Lots to do to keep the family busy! We loved pickleball, darts, ping pong, basketball, late night bonfire, and fishing. And no need to bring anything, the house was full with amenities! Beloit is a nice place for a weekend away from the busy city/burbs. We will definitely book again in the future!!! Thank you so much!!!
