Positive: great hotel. with wonderful staff and jaw-dropping views.

Negative: However, be warned that we missed out on a lot of the facilities included with the room due to the hotel being at high capacity and not being informed that we had to book everything within the hotel in advance. This included the limousine drop-off, access to the Ozone bar, and access to the conference/pool room. I understand these things happen, but at these costs, I would have appreciated some warning.
