Positive: Top-tier professional yet friendly customer service. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed the services on special requests. Great breakfast choices for a very fulfilling experience. Very good location right above the subway station.

Negative: Water was leaking through the bathroom floor tiles. Didn't know if I could drink from the tap. Cigar lounge did not feel very exclusive if that was the purpose of the room. Low vacancies (wanted to try the suite).

Positive: From the warm "Welcome Home" greeting by the door staff, the helpful receptionist and then our room was filled with 12 roses, chocolate strawberries and fizz to celebrate our anniversary. It was spectacular. Spa facilities were clean and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was a must especially if you love bread and pastries. Highly recommend
