Positive: The location is very strategic, close to tourist attractions and right in the city center. It’s also near the terminal, which makes getting around very convenient. I especially liked the pantry area it was clean and well equipped, and I really appreciated the Coway water filter available for guests. Definitely a comfortable and practical place to stay!

Negative: However, I was quite unhappy with the service. When I asked for help, the assistance given wasn’t actually helpful at all. It felt like the staff were trying to twist the situation and indirectly blame me. For example, the hair dryer didn’t work, and when I brought it up, they responded with “it was working fine when we cleaned the room.” That didn’t make sense to me, how could it be “fine” if it clearly wasn’t functioning? When I told them onot to accuse me of breaking it, they quickly said, “I didn’t say that,” which felt like a tricky way to deflect responsibility.The access card for the energy supply was already damaged, but I didn’t get blamed for that, just to be clear.Also, the TV didn’t work at all. Instead of simply admitting it was broken, they told me to follow the instructions posted on the wall. I tried everything, but it just wouldn’t turn on same as the hair dryer. If these things were already not functioning, it would’ve been better if they just informed me upfront.Other than those issues, everything else was fine. But the way the staff handled the problems was disappointing.

Positive: It is in the heart of the city , modern concept.Easy to.Self Check In & Check out. Though there is no Receptionist physically but for any inquiry or info ,you can call them .They attend the call immediately.

Positive: Clean , nice room. Easy check ins, no fuss.

Negative: We faced the main road and there were a lot of stray dogs who made a lot of noise in the middle of the night.
