Positive: Location was amazing, walking distance to beach and Siesta Key village.

Negative: Bed were old, was not comfortable at all. There were a lot of bugs inside the property, and also there were issues with the toilet which we were able to resolved ourselves. The towels provided for showroom weren’t great and need to be replaced. There were barely any shampoo or soap for us to use. Staff was difficult to reach for a beach and umbrella rental, and then accidentally overcharged us with an extra day of umbrella and chairs for the beach.

Summary: Great location but pferallweren’t that comfortable and it the place is a bit old.

Positive: The location was very good. We could walk across the street to the beach access. We loved the shuttle that you could take downtown. The manager was attentive. If you needed something, just text her. But they aren't on premise after 1-2pm.

Negative: The condo could have had a few updates. TV's were difficult to maneuver with the streaming. Beach towels could be nicer.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key!

Positive: We enjoyed our time in The Ringling Beach House. Really great location for the beach and the village, Susan and the team were very friendly and responsive, the pool area was lovely, in general a good place to relax. We stayed in 'Ringmaster' which was OK, not a big space, but it was fine for our needs (family of four). Small kitchen but enough for some basic cooking.

Negative: We didn't have any issues, so there was nothing in particular that we didn't like. The only thing I could suggest as improvement is linking specific photos to the listed apartments, on the booking websites, so it's possible to see which apartment you are booking and what to expect. I appreciate that it may have been difficult to do while the rooms were still being refurbished following the hurricanes.
