Positive: It was close to the restaurant we were coming to eat at. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Negative: Sourdough toast with the breakfast. It was very hard and everyone in the family was disappointed as all the rest of the food was good.

Positive: Lovely room and comfy bed, albeit a standard double so smaller than most hotels. Staff were welcoming and flexible with arrangements. Good location for all we wanted to do.
Negative: For a mid-February stay, £138 for room only (not B&B) is a little on the expensive side. No hot water in the morning for a shower, albeit it did come back on later
Summary: Lovely room, welcoming staff, but perhaps breakfast should be included for the price
