Summary: The room is always clean, bathrooms are very well maintained and the staff is excellent! All of the front desk team is warm and friendly, particularly Darren who’s always helpful and kind. From Bob in engineering to the countless housekeepers everyone is a pleasure to see. Can’t beat the location and if you have a dog this is as dog friendly a hotel you’ll ever find. I stay here often and the worst part about it is check out day. Great hotel and very well run.

Summary: Quick seemless check in with pleasant lady on reception. Requested room with bathroom, but ended up with a studio in the Revolution Lofts to the right of the hotel. This felt like being more at home in the wonderful city of Boston

Summary: Friendly staff and great location for us for this trip. Whenever we are in Boston we make it a point to head to Mooncusser for dinner and we usually have a long ride out and back to wherever we’re staying. This time we had a great comfy room and if it hadn’t been so bitterly cold we could have walked to the restaurant and back :)
