Positive: Great location, exceptional host, great communication and she's thought of everything at the property - a real comfortable home from home equipped with everything you could want. A lovely touch leaving milk, bread and fresh oranges and fruit to squeeze for morning glass of juice. Coffee, tea, sugar, cereal, pasta plus loads of condiments.
Negative: There was nothing not to like!

Positive: The Retreat is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the centre of Carlingford. The place is so beautifully decorated and homely, with lots of finishing touches that make you feel so welcome. Beds are super comfortable, and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy too (with a cute little ginger cat who visited!). The host communicated all instructions clearly and was so helpful, only a message away. I would highly recommend the Retreat to anyone hoping to visit lovely Carlingford.
