Summary: 1.The toilet could not be flushed again after the first use. 2. The breakfast which was supposed to start at 7.30am, which is already late for guests who need to start on a journey early in the morning, was not ready when we went down for breakfast at 7.30am. Several dishes were not available yet so we had a limited breakfast instead of a buffet braekfast.

Summary: It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. I will definitely be coming back

Summary: This hotel is one of the classic 4 star hotels in tvm that lived up to expectations as I stated here once 15 years or so ago. Am delighted with the cleanliness, overall room amenities, staff service and quality has been awesome! The food has been excellent as well with breakfast buffet spread. The only thing I felt that could be improved is the level of chlorine in the swimming pool, which in my view is a bit high.
