Positive: The lobby area was clean. The gentleman who attended me was courteous. He accommodated my daughter's and I by re-assigning us a room downstairs due to my leg injury from back home.

Negative: We did not use the comforter because it had several stains. it makes you wonder who slept on it. The comforter was stained in more than one area. The stains were very obvious that the cleaning lady should have noticed and report it. I know for a fact that the cleaning lady or the staff that run the place would have complained about it the comforter. It takes pride to maintain a clean facility.
