Positive: Good location, good room size, fully equipped (micro, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffemaker, kettle, cutlery etc.) Comfortable large bed, seating area, plethora of tv channels. 15 min walk from train station and same distance from just about everything in Deventer centre. Plenty of eateries and watering holes close by. Very nice vietnamese restaurant diagonally across from Residence

Negative: Location is part of the "problem". It can get noisy at night because of the proximity of bars etc. (we were there night between sunday and easter monday. The shower is temperamental: my partner showered with no issue, when I tried to shower 5 mis later, the available water temperature was between extremely hot and above boiling.

Negative: There are a lot very steep stairs and it is very hard for someone with bigger luggage and there is no elevator. It wasn’t very clear in the bathroom and it was noisy.
