Summary: This marks our third stay at the Rembrandt & if we travel to London again, we will stay there. I cannot begin to express how professional & courteous the staff is. Everyone was always warm & kind, & better still, they knew us as returning clients & treated us like royalty because of it.

Summary: Really good location, near the station and very close to the museums and Harrods. Breakfast was included and this was excellent with freshly made omelettes. Very varied choice too from pastries to a full fry up. Used the pool at the adjoining gym for £15 for 2. Really clean pool, good size and good secure lockers. Staff at the hotel were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. One of the lifts were temperamental and the doors kept opening and closing. We were told by reception that we had a late checkout included which was 1pm. The day of checkout we were called and someone knocked at the door at the same time, at 11:15 saying about us checking out. We explained the situation but was told nothing had been noted on the system. Overall good stay and clean rooms

Summary: Opposite the V&A the location is amazing - situated in a lovely part of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. All the staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

Summary: this is my go to hotel in London. it's perfectly located. the place is welcoming and always great. I think this year I have stayed there three times and I know there will be at least one more trip there and I will stay at the Rembrandt again
