Summary: We stayed at the Regency Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was a very pleasant stay. Room was ready when we arrived. Towels were arranged as swans and a big heart on the bed, and a birthday cake with candles was sent to our room later in the evening. Mr. Amr Al-Nabrawai (reservations agent) made sure all the arrangements were as planned. Many thanks to him! Hotel is well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of varieties. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. Would go there again!
