Positive: Perfect for our stay as a family for my sons wedding, three bathrooms was a real bonus and lots of parking. Loads of space to spreadout and lounge, also able to bring our dog so amazing. On the whole it was a good find.
Negative: There was no milk when we arrived for a quick cuppa after a long journey from isle of wight. Towels were in tumble drier and very old mix and match. Also no washing up liquid to wash up. With small children the front door was a bit of an issue you had to lock it or it did not shut properly and garden was not fenced off.

Positive: Plenty of room for 11 of us, large lounge & kitchen diner. Ample parking for 4 vehicles Wendover woods a great place to explore for all ages groups
Negative: A welcome pack explaining the TV, internet, extractor fan etc would have been helpful. As someone said before internet connection not great. Oven was in need of a bit of a clean!!

Positive: The property was lovely, decent sized rooms and nice downstairs.
Negative: It was filthy. The bathroom shower screens had limescale all over them, the floor was extremely dirty and there were spiders cobwebs and dead flies in every room. It seems like it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The kettle was not in a fit state to be used either, the limescale was very bad. The sanitation of the kitchen was such that we didn’t end up using it and went out for breakfast instead. It’s quite ironic considering we had to pay a pre arranged £60 as the cleaning bill after our stay.
Summary: If the property was clean, it would be 10/10.

Positive: Big and spacious house, with all facilities and utensils needed
Negative: The only negative was too close to main road which made very noisy day and night. Also suggestion - AC would be good idea as it was very hot during night and difficult to open windows due to road noise
