Summary: We stayed here 16 years ago and it seems the furniture and fixtures & fittings were the same. Our L shape sofa had a stain. Couldn’t work out how to use the gas heater as it kept turning off. Comfortable stay and unbeatable lake side view. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were very useful.

Summary: The main problem with this property is the location. It is a good 30min walk away from the city. Theres a complimentary shuttle which you need to book ahead of time. Otherwise, rooms are beautiful and clean with good heating. Fully equips kitchen. But no amenities such as shower cap, tooth brush etc

Summary: Very nice room with free parking. Staff was kind. The only downside is that it is a few miles into town and the shuttle service gets booked up fast. Parking in town is expensive.

Summary: Beautiful views and friendliest staff. Clean room every day! Had the apartment on 3rd floor and just perfect. Shuttle runs to town every hour on the hour and picks up at same spot which is very convenient cause parking in queenstown is hard. Restaurant is amazing for breakfast and dinner!
