Summary: Very comfy bed and nice staff. We found the room to be very dusty, mainly in the bathroom. It looked as though it could have all done with a wipe down, also in the hallway upstairs needed a clean. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal, lovely well cooked food, the portions were huge. Neither of us could finish our meal which felt a bit of a waste. Well done to the chef but not everyone can eat the massive plates of food.

Summary: I used the Red Lion for a one night stay after attending an event in nearby East Kirkby. This is a lovely character property that feels nice and rural but is well connected by road. The room was a good size, with a 3 seater sofa, desk and chair and two chairs and small table by the window in addition to the double bed. Also, plenty of storage and a lovely view out over the garden. The bathroom could have done with a bit of TLC and the very small wall-mounted TV might have been an irritation for a longer stay (but I didn't really need it). And the enormous breakfast was delicious and certainly set me up for the day.

Summary: A very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly & the food was excellent. lovely bar area & nice quiet rooms of good size. Overall a good experience, just 2 little niggles. The restaurant could have a black pepper mill as a choice, & the room TV's could be slightly larger. My compliments though.

Summary: Tradition English Pub, Good selection of Drinks and Food. The rooms are not new, as you would expect in a building of this age, but comfortable and clean. Staff and Landlord very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The Bar / Lounge is traditional English countryside decor, spacious and comfortable. This is a yearly trip for me, so I will definitely be staying here next year.

Summary: Stayed here one night to visit Lincs Aviation Heritage Centre, which is really close by Great friendly pub. food was great wth generous portions (Steak & Ale pie highly recommended!) Breakfast was great with local produce. Very friendly service and good mid week atmosphere Room was very good size with nice seating area as well as large bed and desk great location
