Summary: Great stay. The only thing I would say - and I’ve been staying at the hotel since the 80s - it might be time for a few updates here and there. It runs the risk of going from rustic charm to grandma’s house in the not tooooo distant future.

Summary: The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. The hotel is a little bit quaint which I enjoy and why I go there. The only issue was the shower took a while for the water to heat up.

Summary: The room was spotless. There was everything we needed in the hotel. Our dinner at the tavern was incredible and then we went down to the Lion’s Den and had a great time. Every staff member was polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were great.

Summary: Red lion inn is such a vibe in the winter. We have been coming for 40 years. The rooms could use lots of TLC. Mold in the bathrooms, peeling wallpaper etc… there is no room service which tho there is dining in the hotel, the rates of $500 per night for the room, coffee in bed would have been nice. It’s an icon but basic TLC is needed.
