Positive: The cottages were great. King room with a living room, bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, porch with seating for 4, and a washer right in the room.

Negative: No housekeeping! If you need anything, like toilet paper, towels, trash emptying etc., you have to request it. When we got there, I spilled water on the floor. When I wiped it up with a facecloth, the face cloth instantly became filthy. I then wet a hand towel and wiped the floors. It became black with dirt. The rugs didn’t look or feel clean either. They offered us 20% discount which was nice, but the state of the floor was unacceptable. The rest of the room, the bedding and the bathroom, were clean. Also, on our third day there, we were casually informed that the pool was closing for a month. No warning ahead of time! With temps in the nineties and a toddler, we depended on the pool. They did offer shuttles to their sister resort up the road, but it’s not the same. We were very disappointed by this.
