Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is wonderful with amazing balcony view and overall beautiful rural surrounding area. Clean and cozy room and bathroom. Customer support, once you get past the AI chat bot, is really friendly and accommodating.

Negative: Check in and check out are via "smart lock" key in the post box. The provided code did not work at either check in or check out. I had to talk to the AI chat bot for it to give me another code, which didn't work, before it eventually put me through to a real person on the phone who solved the code issue. Since the area has poor to average cellphone signal, the 4g cuts off sometimes and you're left there waiting even longer for support. Having to wait outside the building in the cold at 6 am for about half an hour before getting a working code, to be able to check out, was not fun. The smart lock on the apartment door is also a hit and miss. Had issues multiple time trying to lock the door as we were leaving the apartment. It sometimes locked, other times it didn't, and you're there for a few minutes, making 3-4-6 attempts to get it to lock the door.
