Summary: Our stay was excellent..The service staff in restaurant were excellent.I have never had reception staff just hand me paper work for review without even looking or acknowldging me..My food bills dropped in front of me..Not added or anything..Very poor performance. The Quoram cleaning staff were more efficient and well trained than reception.
