Summary: Lovely staff and wonderful room. Nice pub setting to eat in. only complaint is that the cutlery/glassware wasn't quite clean (lipstick marks here and there) but that's easily rectified.

Summary: quick overnight stay , nearby convention so just needed somewhere clean, and efficient. very comfortable beds, excellent shower etc. all really nice stay

Summary: Stayed one night with daughter as visiting a nearby university. Bedroom and bathroom were clean; bed was comfortable and location was quiet. Breakfast choice was reasonable; happy we opted for the small cooked breakfast (which was of a high standard) ;there was plenty on the plate.
