Summary: Everything from Check in to Check out was better than expected. Ride to the Carnival port was a plus and saved dragging our luggage. EZ Check in / Check out - Very friendly and helpful personnel. Restaurant is good, just a bit pricy. Parking is getting tight this time of year due to Halloween set-up in parking lot.

Summary: The ship and its history is amazing. Service and the management of the services are terrible! Two restaurants, and can’t get into either. But won’t take reservations later for the night because they can’t guarantee a table. Come back later and let’s see. Room cleaning occurs every three days. TV didn’t work. Cleaning carts left outside of entries, to include the entry of the restaurant. Nasty! Management clearly lacks a vision, OR their vision is a very low level.

Summary: I had an incredible stay inside this historical ship. I look forward to staying again. It was really amazing being able to walk around the ship alone. The only complaint is that it was very dusty in our room. They use old style “vacuum” and I wrote it in parentheses because those things never really pick up anything from the carpet. Summary: Great stateroom and restaurants! Very attentive staff and waiters! The water temp in the shower gets a little tricky but this hotel has such beautiful facilities and architecture it’s well worth the trip! We loved the Hollywood tour and will have to come back for more tours!

Summary: This is, by far, the best iconic hotel we have stayed at. When you stay on the Queen Mary, your overnight stay includes admission to the museum. You get to walk around in the boiler room, see the bridge, learn about how the ship was part of World War II, and (if you like) look for ghosts. The ship has dining options from a cafe to formal dining. They are incredibly helpful with storing luggage until your room is ready or until you are about to get on your cruise. It is a little cold throughout the ship, so bring warm clothing.

Summary: It was a wonderful and comfortable stay on the Queen Mary. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Also highly recommend the tours, very informative and you get a discount on them if you're staying at the hotel.

Summary: I want to start this off by saying- NO there is no AC in the rooms so it does get a little hot. BUT ITS AN OLD SHIP. So if you want the experience of historical hotel, this is perfect. We love staying at the queen mary. This is our favorite place to come. The bar, the room, the restaurant , the views. And it’s only half an hour walk or a 10 min boat ride to shoreline village. We absolutely adore the historical aspect of this place. Haven’t seen a ghost yet but here’s to hoping!
