Summary: Comfortable and cosy room with all the necessary amenities in the perfect location to explore the town. Don't be put off by the self check in or the return payment to buy yourself breakfast in a local business.

Summary: Definitely in the heart of things, very comfortable and beautifully fitted out and an ice cream shop next door. Would be nice to have some local info in the room and something to say when breakfast is available, but otherwise a really lovely overnight stay.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at The Quay Bed and Breakfast. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, the continental breakfast was also very well done. The hosting was also great and we felt all our needs were catered for. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Thoroughly unique, very pleasant experience. Beautifully presented with high quality decor, comfortable bed and a superb, modern en-suite. We wondered what the Continental Breakfast would offer and it was very, very good. Not just a bowl of cereal. Lots of choice including fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants and a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. The entry system into the building works well and is easily accessed and means that you can let yourself in at any time after 3pm without having to fix a time with the staff. We met our host at breakfast and she was friendly, courteous and very accommodating. We would certainly consider staying again and recommend it to others.

Summary: The hotel was generally dirty. The stair carpet was stained and grubby. Our bedroom was tiny and carpet covered in stains. The bathroom was very small so was the shower and shower also needed a good clean as there was black mould or hair in the shower tray.
