Positive: What was there not to like...... beautiful beach location, stunning views, excellent bedroom facilities, and decor, incredibly cool restaurant on 6th floor serving highest quality of food, 7th floor bar and sushi restaurant serving the best sushi we have tasted, and the whole hotel team were exceptional. Couldn't fault it.

Negative: If we had to make one minor comment, it is that the pool was really too hot for anyone wanting to swim lengths.

Positive: Elegant and beautiful hotel. We didn't eat at The Floor restaurant but did enjoy the roof top bar with infinity pool where we had excellent sushi and cocktails as we watched the sun set. Breakfast was very generous in variety and included in our rate. Outdoor pool and beach accommodations were nice. Rooms were very pretty and modern. Large showers with rain showers were appreciated. Booking a room with a belcony with view of the ocean was worth it. Beds were comfortable. Overall the hotel was high end and we would definitely recommend.

Negative: Ironically, we booked an upgraded room with a front ocean view and wood floor and it creaked when we walked on it. Our daughter had a side ocean view room that cost less but was a nicer room that had a nicer tile floor. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Positive: The property itself was beautifully decorated and the rooms were spacious and clean with facilities for coffee/tea, English TV and minibar. The room service food was 10/10 and the staff were very helpful some stood out more than other- Anastasia from the reception was very attentive and helpful and went out of her way to show us the way to the beach. The floor restaurant food was 10/10 and one waiter in particular stood out- Glosue was probably the best English speaker at hotel and he had a great energy and manner about him! He explained everything in detail and was very friendly. The beach was a few minutes walk and beautiful. The sushi bar served some of the best sushi we’d eaten and the waiters Slava and Christofer were also very attentive and provided excellent service.

Negative: It was a shame that the hotel didn’t offer more Italian cuisine and although the room service food was excellent they messed our order up 3 times forgetting items which was quite frustrating considering the €20 room service charge.

Positive: This hotel never fails to deliver a 1st class service and delivers beyond expectations. All of the staff are extremely polite, well mannered and are a credit to whoever has trained them…..and if your staying here, please try the restaurant as it’s on a whole new level…
