Positive: The selection of Tea was good- Could throw in a bit more. Location to the sea and albert park is excellent for exercise. The general layout of the hotel is awesome-Parking was only 10$ a night This place doesn't disappoint-especially if you love music. Highly recommend the balcony room 309

Negative: It’s a great place all though could not see out windows which is a big this for me. Frosted windows you can’t see out of. But in all honesty the place is very clean and the staff are lovely people

Negative: I’d love to see the carpet in the 1 lift be upgraded. It doesn’t fit with the decor of hotel.

Negative: We had not tv and heater didn't kick in until the next morning.
