Positive: What’s not to like. Beautiful hotel in a great location. I had a very large suite which was spectacular. The breakfast was exceptional as was the service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sushi restaurant was first class wonderful. The smallish bar had great bartenders. Just a great stay

Positive: The view was amazing

Negative: Room service. I ate in the hotel and was allowed to pay with card, so naturally i assuemed i could order breakfast and either pay with card or have it charged to my room. The hotel had already received my card for payment upfront so naturally i would have never considered that my food would be held hostage and told that i would have to leave my room to go downstairs to pay for a 30 dollar meal when i had already spent close to 1500 usd to stay there. In the end i told them to send the food back and got an apology but that was completely crazy. If you have restaurants in the hotel that take card dont ask your guest to go down in their bed clothes to pay for some eggs it was horrible because the staff didnt speak english and we both were fustrated trying to understand each other.

Summary: Beautiful view but I dont think i will stay here again

Positive: The view of our room was just amazing and the bedroom was very good also

Negative: The lounge was closed and Breakfast was chaotic with more than 25 min waiting to be seated.
