Positive: This was the best hotel stay I have had. Firstly, the hotel and grounds are beautiful. Great buildings, decor, gardens, and the rooms were perfect. Additionally, the service was exceptional. Everyone from the owners to the housekeepers and security were friendly and went out of their way to help and make our stay comfortable. We cannot recommend The Premises Hotel enough if you're in Dipolog and need somewhere to stay.
