Summary: A great home in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes of everything Wilmington! The attention to small details for comfort were greatly appreciated. A fully fenced-in, well-designed back yard with a pool and a fire pit was the perfect place to relax after spending the day out. And the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. 10/10

Summary: The listing doesn’t lie! This was home away from home and the hosts are great! Their communication and response time was great anytime we reached out. This home offers plenty of space inside and out with seating in all areas. The kitchen is well stocked as well as towels and blankets in the bathrooms and bedrooms, there’s even a dog dish for water and food. Lots of games, books, and TVs to keep everyone happy while you’re there. We would definitely stay with Dena and Darren again!

Summary: My daughter and I had been in the car extensively and the private pool and hot tub was appealing. The house was comfortable and well decorated. More than the two of us needed and would be fun for a familybut took advantage of the washer and dryer too. Storms were brewing and the pool needed cleaned but we used it before lightning stopped our outdoor activities. The hot tub chemicals were also off, bleaching our swimsuits. We got takeout and enjoyed TV and stayed in to rest up before the next leg of our trip.

Summary: Affordable and true to the listing specifications! Only 20 min from the beach, amazing outdoor area and inside game room. Spacious and comfortable rooms; safe neighborhood. Large kitchen, everything in top notch condition. Extremely pet friendly with no additional fees. The host is attentive and responds quickly. Highly recommend booking your stay here if you have 6 people, want something affordable, and still want to be near the beach.
