Summary: The room was clean. Would have been a perfect stay except the bed was horrible. It was clean however the mattress was old and sank in. So I woke up multiple times due to back pain.

Summary: Everything was ok except for the check in process where the man at the desk said our room number and room code with another guest present, also they didnt tell us that to lock our room door you half to rub your finger on the top of the keypad all in all in all Everything else was ok

Summary: As far as convenience to Universal and a comfortable room for the rate yes it’s good. However, the room number and code that was originally provided to us via was incorrect and we were yelled at ( rightfully so) by another person staying in the room we were given the code to enter. They fixed it but it was not for the same room we booked which was supposed to have a full kitchen in it and we were never reimbursed for the difference in the room.

Summary: Location is excellent - room was clean. However we had an issue getting into the room as the wrong door code was provided and I needed to call for help. The main issue was we stayed for 4 nights and never had house keeping come even ONCE. TThexcuse orovi

Summary: Fun pool and affordable stay. It was within an easy walk to the Universal Summerside hotels which offer free transportation to the parks.

Summary: Someone used the room before I arrived late at night. Bath tube was filled with hot water still in the tub and a bottle of milk on the counter, bedroom tv didn’t work at all, ac unit stop blowing cold air the last night there and couldn’t provided maintenance since the building didn’t have anyone on site and the owners of the room are not on site

Summary: Stayed a total of 4 nights. House keeping never came. No fresh towels. We went to the front desk to check in and were told we needed to check in at a computer instead, which is fine. It felt like we were completely ignored. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. My son preferred the hard floor. Would not recommend.
