Summary: This is a very antique hotel with old carpets, cramped washrooms. Antique elevator that seems very noisy and creaking noise with maximum of two persons.There are no upgrages.

Summary: The ad for this hotel is misleading. There is limited parking on site, and additional parking 2 blocks away - it is all pay parking. Extra on top of the hotel fees. Also, it says there is a pool. There is no pool on site. It is across the road at the Y. I assume you have to pay for that as well. I did not ask, as i was disappointed with their false advertising.

Summary: The Plaza is in the heart of downtown Kamloops. Victoria street is lovely and walkable with many cafes, restaraunts and locally owned shops.

Summary: Stains on chairs. Very tired and worn desks etc. Bathroom taps loose, doesn’t the cleaner notice this? Beds and pillows are great. It’s a great heritage hotel, just needs a bit of updating. Also more outlets for the electronic age.

Summary: The hotel is very tired. Bathroom plumbing was all over the place, the toilet kept running, and the sink had enough water pressure to clean a driveway. Vanity doors were in very poor shape, and there was no extra toilet paper. Pop machines were out of order, which you didn't find out until you got to the floor they were on.
