Negative: The parking spot was impossible to get, despite the card that allows to park at spots for residents there Wes almost never free spots near the flat.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable apartment with modern deco in a quiet area. The kitchen is very well equipped. 20 mins walk to the city centre and there is a bus stop, shops, bars, trattoria near by. We walked up a hill to Santa della Madonna di San Luca in an hour. The owner was very helpful and kindly had left a bottle of Lambrusco and bottles of water for us.

Positive: The place worked very well for our four night stay in Bologna. The apartment was very well appointed and stylish. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable. There was an air conditioner in the bedroom and in the kitchen living area which was very much appreciated in the heat. Both units were extremely efficient and cooled the entire apartment. We were greeted with a bottle of wine on the table which was a nice touch. The location was very convenient for access to the entrance to San Luca, as well as a short walk to the city center.

Negative: Unfortunately the washing machine was broken throughout our stay. We were informed of this before our arrival which was appreciated, however, it was rather inconvenient considering we were staying for four nights. The bedding that was for use on the sofa bed smelled bad, as though it hadn’t been fully dried before being placed back in the closet. If we had been able to wash this laundry it wouldn’t have been a problem I would suggest to the property owners that an alternative is offered for a case such as this (a discount on our stay or money to use a local laundromat.
