Welcome to "The Place in Chattanooga!"
This brand new Craftsman style home is located in North Shore Chattanooga, close to the river. Although you may never want to leave, a short 5 minute drive will have you at some of the best restaurants and activities Chattanooga has to offer. Beautifully decorated with a stylish modern flare that will leave you inspired, high vaulted ceilings welcome you to the main floor with steel railings above giving the home a cool industrial vibe. The stylish open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, is the perfect place to gather with family or friends to relax and unwind. Or, cruise upstairs and have fun playing foosball in the hip lounge area while enjoyingmovies on the 65” Smart TV or playingboard-games.By the way all 3bedrooms offer55”smart TV's andplush memory foam mattresses for your comfort! “The Place in Chattanooga” is waiting for you!
Layout of this home:
This large home is three stories tall and has a 2 car garage! When entering the home there is a welcoming foyer with a convenient half bath, a place to hang your coats, and plenty of room to drop your bags. Take the stairs up to the main floor where you will find a bright and open main living area with a big couch that will seat the whole family. The large master bedroom is down the hall with a beautifully tiled shower and double vanity sink as well as plenty of closet space to utilize during your stay. Also on the main floor is another half bathroom and laundry room, and an enclosed outdoor patio for cool evenings to dine al fresco. On the third floor you’ll find two more bedrooms with queen beds, one with a full bathroom attached, and a spacious bonus area where two mustard colored couches can convert into twin sized beds.

Things to Know:
1. The driveway to this home leading up the garage is very steep!! There is plenty of street parking available. A medium to large vehicle will not have a problem parking on the driveway but have caution going up it in a small vehicle. There is a $50 deposit if you would like to use the garage door opener during your stay - otherwise you are welcome to manually open and close it from the garage.
2. NO SMOKING - We have a no tolerance policy. No smoking anywhere on the property or in the home.

Summary: We stayed here while our son participated in the Head of the Hooch. It was a great location and the description of an excessively step driveway is correct...get the garage door opener it's a game changer. Wonderful house and fully stocked.

Summary: 'The Place' has all the amenities you need. This property seems recently upgraded and is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood has lots of construction going on but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. The steep driveway is a bit of a challenge, so be prepared for a little uphill exercise! I recommend this property.

Summary: We reserved this home for a weekend staycation. The house very very nice as described. Overall the property was very clean and very nicely and professionally decorated. Only issues were spider webs in certain places, fridge not completely cleaned, and toiletries (hand soap and Kleenex) were not fully refreshed. We also had a maintenance issue but didn't report it during the stay (was a short weekend stay). However, communication was so great that I have no reason to believe they didn't immediately fix it when we told them after we left. We highly recommend this property to small and larger groups alike. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's super close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. You can even walk to some of them if you prefer. The management company was beyond exceptional in communications. Super fast and efficient responses. Answered questions promptly. Just all-around nice people to work with. Can't wait to reserve one of their properties again!

Summary: It was a wonderful home, in a nice neighborhood. The driveway is very steep and hard to walk up. My only complaint is my son said that his bedding smelled like some man’s aftershave. So he didn’t know if the sheets had been changed. Otherwise it was a gorgeous home, I highly recommend it. I would stay there again. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Summary: The place was very clean and decorated nicely. The only drawback was there are a lot of steps to get into and out of the property. Nice location. Overall a wonderful experience!

Summary: This was a lovely place to stay. So so clean, well stocked kitchen and perfect for 8. You can tell that everyone is in tune to details. We will stay again. The only thing to make you aware of is that this is one of the many houses on a steep hill and so therefore many steps are in the house. If you are aging or have any issues with steps, inclines, height issues, this is not the house for you. BUT it’s perfect for all abled people and we loved it. 👍❤️

Summary: We stayed at this house with a few friends for a wedding. House is super clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to brunch and only a 5-8 minute drive from everything else we wanted to do in Chattanooga! Would for sure book again!
