Positive: The flat was very clean, and spacious and it had a wide balcony where we could sit quietly and have our meals, if we wanted to. There was air conditioning in every room! It was also super convenient that there was a supermarket direclty opposite the appartment (open till 22:00 every day), and the employess there were super friendly. The building had a lift, and there was no noise from any of the neighbours. There was a bus stop three minutes walk from the flat, too.

Negative: Marsaskala itself is not particularly interesting, although there are several cafe's and restaurants by the water front. To get to the more interesting parts of Malta, you need transport. Saying that, the quality of the flat more than compensated for the not too central location.

Summary: Very happy with the flat and Joan, the owner was available, helpful & replied to all my questions.

Positive: Spotless, clean, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment and 2 bathrooms,, fully equipped with everything you need. Handy balcony and spacious sitting room with TV. The Building itself clean and quiet, located in apartments area. Lots of parking spaces around, if you can't park beside your block, then there's a good few spots down the main road(200m). Traveled with family, we're all very happy with stay. Highly recommend.

Negative: The rooms were a bit smaller than we anticipated. Also, the cloth blinds didn't block out the light very well in the evening time.
