Summary: I called and spoke to someone about the Hot tub, making sure It wasn't working order before I even booked a room I was assured that it was I get there the following day No hot tub I check into my room a dead fly on my sheet. Cassandra was very helpful when I checked out Julie was fairly condescending about the fly and I must not have spoke to somebody with their property about the hot tub And I should probably consider calling corporate again

Summary: Stay was good, check out and charges have been terrible. The property has charged me twice, for different amounts then what is on my receipt from Hotel.com. I tried to rectify this with the resort upon check out and with Hotels and no one can give me an answer.

Summary: We had a lovely, comfortable room. The WiFi was spotty, off and on. The parking was limited at times. Landscaping and views were wonderful. The linen exchange was questionable, a fee for clean towels. No housekeeping service during our 4 day visit.

Summary: Two night stay and I had to pay extra to be able to have coffee the second morning. The condo smelled musky and the AC was locked at 70°.

Summary: Nice room and larger than expected but the mattress was terrible and very uncomfortable. The staff said they would bring us a mattress pad but they never did. We won’t stay here again because neither my husband or I got any sleep due to the mattress. I will say though the shower was amazing and large!!

Summary: I loved having laundry available and was able to eat pizza in our room with a table for 4. I didn't like that my reservation for a second day was not able to happen. It was for a different room and I forgot which day because my original reservation was done so early. It would of been nice if they could have confirmed the days when I first checked in. Overall it was my fault that it didn't happen and not the PInes at Sunriver.
