Negative: The staff is a little uptight about trivial things and borderline rude. They don't allow dogs, which at Sunriver is ridiculous.

Positive: The room was great, exceptionally well stocked in the kitchen. The staff provided a very nice man to carry all of our luggage up to our room and down again when we checked out.

Negative: The altitude. Being on the 2nd floor.

Summary: not the fault of the hotel but we both got sick. Not the best vacation for either of us.
