Negative: Oven didn't work, not enough crockery, cutlery for 6 people even though beds for 6. Cold showers in the morning and no electricity.. electricity cupboard locked so couldn't reset trip. But owner came over within the hour but too late for us.

Positive: We loved our stay, The house is in a beautiful location. It's very well appointed, the only thing missing is a dishwasher. The owners could not have been more helpful.and I can't believe we will not be back. Sleeps 6 in comfort, 3 lovely bedrooms, Lovely large kitchen diner. Large living room.
Negative: The large oak tree in the arrival.instructions was in fact as Ash so a bit confusing

Positive: Lovely get-a-way. Plenty of space inside (we had three small boys and not on top of each other), fully equipped, great shower! Owner was helpful and attentive. Some excellent country parks and walks nearby. If we stayed longer would have explored the walks from the farm nearby.
Negative: Main bed could do with slightly firmer mattress.
