Positive: Staff were so helpful and lovely throughout our whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble or too much to ask. I am a Coeliac, and they made a note on every meal and double checked Spa products with me before my massage to make sure I wasn't consuming gluten in any capacity. Our room was incredible! We expected it to be a great room, having the sauna, steam room and bath in it, with a little firepit outside, but my goodness, being there far exceeded any expectations! We took outfits to go out each evening of our stay, but ended up staying in, ordering room service and making use of what was in our room. We booked the trip for our anniversary and to completely chill out and we got that and more! We're already planning our next trip here and can't wait! Thank you for a wonderful stay - I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Negative: I had to pay for treatment that I was informed had not been booked at the time of booking yet I know we did as we had booked separate treatments and the bill I was emailed stated I had payed for two people . I had to then add another £185
