Positive: It was very spacious and clean. It had all the facilities anyone could ask for and more. The host was very accommodating and the cleaner came in every day to do a general clean up. We didn’t have any hot water issues as there were 7 of us. We all just loved everything about the property. The host also left us so much food to start with. Very generous.

Positive: The location is amazing 🤩 The apartment exceeded expectations: the house was spotlessly clean, newly renovated, each bedroom had its own toilet and shower, shower gel and shampoo were provided, as were robes, slippers, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and laundry detergent. The hostess took care of breakfast; the refrigerator had everything necessary for breakfast, tea, coffee, and snacks. I highly recommend it 🙏💕thank you so much🤩

Positive: Cristina met us upon arrival to let us in and provide key codes for the apartment and a tour. The apartment had coffee and tea available along with varies snacks and water which give up one less thing to worry bout. Everything we needed was right next door at the market. The apartment exceeded expectations. The rooms were a great size and had their own bathroom which allowed everyone to enjoy their spaces especially with a tv in every room. The jacuzzi was a hit especially after a long day of walking. The views were exceptional. The balcony was a great place to enjoy coffee and dry clothes when needed. The location is close to everything so walking everywhere was so easy. Daytime and late night food options were not a problem and it felt safe during the night.

Positive: This property was fantastic. The apartment appears to be recently renovated. All finishes are top quality including. This property is on the 4th floor (5th in the US) however there is a small elevator, so no need to haul luggage up steps. The 6 person hot tub provided a welcome relief after lots of walking. The apartment is all on one level with no steps. All bedrooms are equipped with AC and heat, en suite bathrooms and nice tvs. The living room and dining areas are comfortable for a large group and included a top quality large screen TV. Daily housekeeping was also included. The location is perfect for a stay in Athens for a group. The balcony overlooks the Temple of Apollo and the Plaka, National Gardens, and other points of interest are very close and easy to walk to. Also, hop on buses and public transport are close. There is a small market and a gift shop right downstairs. The services far exceeded expectations. Christina communicated with us the day before our checkin met us to at check in, helping us with our luggage. She also provided a welcome kit that included some snacks, drinks, lunch meats, cheese, eggs, yogurt and bread to get us started. Christina was super responsive to any messages in a few minor items. Christina also reached out to offer assistance with transportation in case we were impacted by a transportation strike.
Negative: Only one minor issue was lack of privacy in the bathroom next to the hot tub. The glass panels enclosing the hot tub don’t fully bock the view into the bathroom that adjoins the hot tub. We hung a shower curtain for privacy. We provided this feedback to Christina who had already shared with the property owner so they seem to really care about guest feedback.
