Positive: Excellent daily cleaning service, changed sheets proactively. Manager upgraded my economy room to 2 beds with en suite because I was a long stay & he thought I would be inconvenienced sharing a bathroom. They also acquired additional breakfast items I requested, the full english is custom order but not very abundant.

Negative: Noise from pub below, which was explained in advance, I didn't mind as the room felt snug with private entrance.

Positive: A bit ‘rough and ready’ as a pub hotel, but that isn’t a bad thing. Landlady was very nice and I was well looked after. Good breakfast included. Great value.

Negative: No food in the hotel directly but I used the SpudKingz place round the corner which was great.
