Summary: The hotel is well located and a pleasant walk into Richmond. Our ‘superior’ room was well decorated but very small with very limited storage space - no drawers and limited hanging space. We had to ask for a table to be removed from the room so had space to lay our standard sized case, given there was no where to unpack our things. We didn’t eat in the hotel as breakfast was very expensive and there were plenty of other options in Richmond. A pleasant stay but not sure I would choose it again.

Summary: Fantastic service and lovely place to stay in Richmond! We had a gorgeous view from our room, the room was clean and beautiful! We were walking distance to shops and restaurants which was a bonus! Would definitely come back!!

Summary: We had a lovely mid week evening at The Petersham, staff were very friendly, lounge and bedrooms comfortable with lovely views and walks on the door step. However the restaurant had a very limited uninspiring menu, burger and chips, curry and salad, which was very disappointing and would make us think twice about booking again.

Summary: The hotel itself was great. The rooms were spacious, and the bar was great. Check-in process was fairly slow and they didn't have any umbrellas to borrow to go out in the rain, which we found odd particularly in the UK, but other than that we had a great stay.
