Please familiarize yourself with the amenities that come with your rental so you are prepared for your stay. Home sleeps up to 10. Cooperstown All Star village is an 18 mile drive . Luxurious and timeless describe this historic gem situated in the historic Village of Gilbertsville. Our village is known for its Rockwellian charm and this home does not disappoint. Once inhabited by the village historian, you can still enjoy an antique map of the Town of Butternuts, which is engrained into the wall of the front parlor. Also the front parlor serves as a library and a table ready for a game of backgammon.
Three bedrooms on the second floor include a king master suite with its own en suite bathroom, as well as two guest bedrooms with two single beds in each and a shared guest bathroom.
This home boasts a state of the art custom kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals, as well as all dinnerware. A lovely dining room fit for a king is just off the kitchen with plenty of seating for 8-10 people.
The kitchen is also open to a family room in the back of the home where you can enjoy watching television or sit in the barstools at the end of the kitchen to visit while someone prepares your meals.
A laundry room is also on the first floor as well as another full bathroom for guests that may stay on the futon located in the office downstairs. This home can comfortably sleep 9-10 people. All linens are provided.
An over-sized deck is attached with a gas BBQ grill and plenty of space for dining or entertaining outside.
Guests are also welcome to visit our standardbred horse farm located just three miles east of the village. Here, at Southwind Farm, you can view our standardbreds in training or take pictures by one of our ponds.

Summary: Mesmerized by the history of the home and town , nestled in the back drop of breath taking Mountain View’s , a small quiet village and a truly spacious for w detone home .we couldn’t imagine it’s beauty until our arrival , simply the best experience of a life time . Summary: 3 Sylvan is a remarkable property in a quaint town. The house could be a set for a PBS documentary - amazing period fixtures and furniture. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Amazing book and memorabilia collections. Kitchen high-end and super well equipped. All bathrooms spacious and very recently updated. Cleanliness - impeccable. Property management extremely professional. This is a gem! Outstanding bakery around the corner and horse breeding farm visit made this a great stay.

Summary: This property was the perfect stay while our boys played a week at All Star Village. There was plenty of room for three families, Pictures were accurate to actual (loved the modern kitchen and the two porches!) Kelli (property manager) was awesome and very responsive to our requests or questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!
