Summary: My stay at The Percy Arms was absolutely amazing! I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The food is outstanding – I highly recommend trying the South African breakfast, it’s a definite 10/10!

Summary: My husband and I booked to stay here as it was not far from Silent Pool. We were delighted to check in to Njdov (4) which is a lovely big room with a bath in the bedroom. Large walk in shower and huge bed. We also ate dinner in the garden. We were lucky it was a beautiful evening and a duck family flew into the stream. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had steak and a lovely glass of Malbec. My husband had the Bunny curry (weird name for lamb 😆) That went down a treat too. I had the full English breakfast and Kevin had the South African which he really enjoyed.

Summary: The pub is in a quiet village several miles from Guildford. We were welcomed when we arrived and shown to our room which was very large and comfortable. They had already put fans in the room which was very welcome as it was very hot. Breakfast has to be preordered and was very tasty. We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and had outside seating both nights. There was a varied menu including some South African dishes and everything we ate was very tasty. The only concern was that the service was slow, especially on the 2nd night. It took over 30 minutes before we received our drinks, with hindsight, I would probably get our first drinks from the bar before sitting at the table.

Summary: The hotel really is great value for money. Nice good room with a big bed. Everything seems clean an new. The breakfast that was included was great as well. Parking was free. We have no complaints!
