Summary: The hostel is pretty nice: rooms seemed clean and facilities were nice. However, I had to get a low score for how I was treated a check-in. Receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. Also the terrace was closed with no explanations.

Summary: Stood here for one night to explore Marseille, it was a perfect location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great and quiet. The building gives you the feel you’re looking for and I love that you can rent lockers after checking out !

Summary: I asked direction several times but they never provided that which tells they don't care for guest inquiry. It was an okay place to stay since people kept partying and shouting here until almost midnight. I complained to a man who was in the office and he did not care much that indicated he did not pay attention to guest rights. We also found a lady official who proved helpful.
