Summary: Fab house, very spacious, lovely pool area.Spotlessly clean which is one of the main things for us!Very well equipped, had everything we needed.Beds extremely comfortable. Looking at previous reviews they must have upgraded them as we all found them very comfy.The communal pool area is really lovely. We used it about 5 times and never saw anyone else there so had it to ourselves.Ideally located for all the parks and the 192.Lovely Best of British pub at the entrance to the community, owned by Brits and does amazing hone cooked British food.The community is immaculate, very well looked after and very quiet.Some of the past reviews are negative about the house, I think that’s because the decor is not necessarily brand new and modern but we thought it gave it character and it was obviously well looked after and maintained so don’t let that put you off.Would definitely book again if we return to Florida.There were 5 of us, 2 adults 2 teenage girls and 1 10 yo boy. Everyone had their own space which was great.Owner very responsive.

Summary: Everything was just as described. The only recommendations would be to bring Roku sticks because the tvs are not smart tvs. Also, be aware that the cleaning crew will be there waiting for you to exit the premise. We felt rushed to leave as they arrived at around 9:30.

Summary: Great quiet spot in the Four Corners area. House is quite comfortable and met all our needs. Spent a fair amount of time relaxing in the sun by the pool and the conservation area. There was a good bit of daily action in the conservation area. The bird action was abundant. There are very large turtles and some smaller alligators that would catch the morning sun on the South bank of the conservation area. There are a large number of otters that were seen playing together in the pond. The house is located conveniently close to all the Orlando attractions in a nice safe gated community.

Summary: Overall it was a nice place. Equipped with everything. My only complaint is the lamination on the stairs were loose and kept falling off while going down the stairs.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to several grocery stores, gas stations, and quick places to eat. The neighborhood was gated and really quiet; we loved the neighborhood! It was a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney parks, which may sound like a lot, but it was great for us. We had lots of early mornings and even stayed late one night and wouldn’t change anything about the location. The house was nice, but shows a little wear. We didn’t mind one bit because everything worked perfectly and was nice and clean. This place was a great fit for our family and was super comfortable. My kids loved the game space in the garage! The owners were super responsive to messages and even helped accommodate a larger party than originally requested when my parents joined us. The only issue we really had was were trash bags. We brought our own laundry soap and toilet paper because the listing advised that only a very small amount of toilet paper would be provided, but there were not any additional trash bags for any of the cans. It would have been nice if there additional trash bags at least for the kitchen. Overall, was a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We were in this villa recently and it was a pleasure to stay there. Is a gated community, with a clean and quiet neighborhood. You feel absolutely safe there. Solid house, somewhat dated, but fully equipped. Spacious pool terrace with enough seating for 8 people. Wonderfully quiet location with a fantastic view of a water feature and greenery. Owner is someone who responds quickly to questions/comments. About a 20-25 minute walk (and about 8 minutes by car) from a supermarket and some dining options. We would definitely book this villa again on our next visit. Recommended if you want to enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday.
