Summary: Very nice hotel in good condition considering - our room was probably last renovated in the early 90s. Based on the older models of tv in bathroom etc. services were great as well. Great location convenient to Gonzalez and imperial palace.

Summary: Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. Our room had a large dressing area that was incredibly useful. The staff are exceptional and attentive to every one of our needs. Will stay at the Peninsula the next time we are in Tokyo

Summary: This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent.
