Summary: Overral impression is okay. Service is a main point of concern. During the lunch time in the lobby area after having main courses and salads we were not allowed to share a single pot of tea for three of us. We have been forced to buy 3 pots of tea instead: one for each of us. In the meanwhile during all 5 breakfasts we had there, every time we asked for tea there was only one pot served as a default setting. No doubt we had more on request, but after a request only.

Summary: Opulent property in a great location. Room has some dated items (fax machine, printer) but overall lovely. Staff was exceptional. Concierge Danny was a gem helping us to secure tickets to Disney and was so patient working through challenges. Spa staff and spa experience was top tier. Great experience!
